Our Authentic Ghee Making Process
At Maa Jagdamba Mava Bhandar, we believe in complete honesty and transparency. We follow a strict, step-by-step process to ensure you always receive the best quality ghee.
Step 1 – Quality Milk Selection We source fresh and full-fat milk and use an advanced Eco-Machine to strictly check the purity of every batch. Only the finest quality milk moves forward to the next stage.
Step 2 – Traditional Straining The milk is strained through a clean cotton cloth. This traditional step effectively removes any small impurities, keeping the milk completely clean.
Step 3 – Cream Separation We use a specialized machine to separate fresh cream from the milk. This cream is carefully stored in a hygienic environment to preserve its quality and freshness.
Step 4 – Making Fresh Butter The separated cream is processed to extract fresh butter (Makhan), which is then gently heated at a controlled temperature to prepare it for ghee production.
Step 5 – Double Filtration Once the ghee is ready, it is strained again through a cotton cloth and also passed through a Filter Machine. This double filtration ensures a crystal-clear, premium finish every single time.
Step 6 – Safe Packaging Finally, the fresh pure ghee is packed into clean and safe boxes with maximum safety measures, so that it reaches your home in perfect condition.
